Shipping policy

Delivery Area. We currently deliver within Singapore only. We do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or addresses outside Singapore.

Shipping Fees.

Standard Shipping: SGD 6, free for orders of SGD 350 or more.
Express Shipping: SGD 15.
Fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Processing Time. Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Express orders are prioritised.

Delivery Time. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 1 business day. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak periods or circumstances beyond our control.

Alcohol Delivery Requirements. All orders containing alcohol must be received and signed for by a person aged 18 or above. Our delivery team may request photo identification. If no eligible recipient is available, the delivery will be rescheduled. In accordance with Singapore regulations, alcohol deliveries are completed between 7:00 am and 10:30 pm.

Delivery Coordination. Deliveries are made by our own team. You will be contacted at the phone number provided at checkout to confirm or coordinate your delivery. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

Failed Deliveries. If delivery fails because no eligible recipient was available or the address provided was incorrect, we will arrange one redelivery. Subsequent redelivery attempts may incur additional charges.

Damaged or Lost Shipments. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item arrives damaged, contact us at sea@shinanosea.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
