EIGASHIMA SINGLE MALT WHISKY TOJI SELECT CASK1 - PX SHERRY 4YO (500ml)
This is the first entry of Eigashima Single Malt Whisky Toji Select Cask which are distilled from Eigashima Shuzo ; is one of Japan’s oldest family-run distilleries with 100 years of whisky-making experience. The whisky is aged naturally in selected PX sherry barrels for 4 years. It is non-chill filtered and does not add any caramel color.

Tasting Notes
• Nose | The sweet and sour taste of raspberries and dried black dates, the refreshing taste of blackcurrant leaves and mint, the herbaceous flavor of bay leaves and the rich honey flavor.
• Palate | Rich honey sweetness, slightly spicy, with the taste of mint chocolate.
• Aftertaste | The sweet and sour taste fills the mouth and lasts endlessly.

EIGASHIMA SINGLE MALT WHISKY TOJI SELECT CASK2 - OLOROSO SHERRY 3YO (500ml) 
This is the second entry of Eigashima Single Malt Whisky Toji Select Cask which are distilled from Eigashima Shuzo; is one of Japan’s oldest family-run distilleries with 100 years of whisky-making experience. The whisky is aged in Oloroso sherry casks for 3 years and is non-chill filtered without adding any caramel color.

ABV: 62%

Tasting Notes
• Nose | The sweet and sour fruit aroma comes from dried black dates and raisins, accompanied by the refreshing aroma of blackcurrants and mint leaves.
• Palate | The rich sweetness and sourness are combined with the unique woody aroma from the oak barrel, such as the mellow sweetness of chocolate and the spice taste of anise.
• Aftertaste | Just the right amount of sour and sweet flavors lingering in your mouth.

EIGASHIMA SINGLE MALT WHISKY TOJI SELECT CASK3 - BOURBON 5YO (500ml)
This is the third entry of Eigashima Single Malt Whisky Toji Select Cask which is distilled from Eigashima Shuzo; one of Japan’s oldest family-run distilleries with 100 years of whisky-making experience. It uses light peat two-row malt (10ppm), is barrel aged in bourbon barrels for 5 years, is non-chill filtered, and does not add any caramel color.

ABV 62%

Tasting Notes
• Nose | Refreshing citrus aromas such as lemon and grapefruit, accompanied by pleasant light peat smoke flavors and sweet flavors of vanilla, apple and honey.
• Palate | Refreshing honey sweetness, a hint of ginger spice and a nutty taste.
• Aftertaste | A pleasant light peat flavor lingers in the mouth and wafts away.
